           I went for a drive after work and looked at some of the properties the REIT funds were interested in. These properties will only make money if flipped. The REIT articles say they intend to hold. My contacts name is Jessie. I'm just not convinced now is the time, but prices are going crazy. As JZ would say, it's outta control.
