Truth in advertising. Here is Quaker oatmeal labeled “Weight Control”. The info panel says one serving is 160 calories. The rough equivalent of eating a small chocolate bar. Some very fine print suggests the product is not a low calorie diet food, sort of hinting that it is not to be used for such things as weight control. Three cheers for Quaker.
