           This is Monica, the hotdog lady. She had that vending stand outside of where I worked at the time. You’ll have to match up the dates via research, but this was about the right period, summer in Florida. She could have been the one, but she was tangled up with some guy who owned the hotdog stands. Her fate? One day she set up on a ramp near a freeway. That’s a no-no. The Sheriff went over to get her papers and she did not have any. That, in 2002, earned her a permanent deportation back to where she was from. Which I think was Peru.
