This picture shows Frank, holding what would have been a significan toothpick. Photos like this cost $1.10 each at the time, so I never wasted many. The background shows it is IHOP and the presence of the gal reminds me we had a bit of a fan club. For the record, the original picture was also underexposed.
I remember nothing else of this particular day, but my guess is pick number 250,000. If I ever unearth the booklet with the records we kept, I could confirm that. It was a different America just that few number of years ago, but the signs of liberal decay were everywhere.
