           This is part of the small group of fans who showed for the Toothpick Ceremony. Let me check that the blog parameters are expired, and yes they are. So that is Dave, half owner of the semi-famous Churchill’s Pub in Maimi, Florida. Center is Frank Bytheway, that’s his real name. There was no blog documentation during this time period, so the details of this event are probably scattered all over any posts after or around this time.            To the right is the third and last gal I ever asked out in my life, and the only one who said no. She was from England, a nice family, but a short while later she married the yuckiest guy in Churchill’s, where she worked as a server. Around a year later she expressed her regrets to me, but I have a blanket rule about never asking for anything twice. Around a year later, I moved to Hollywood, and never saw her again.
