We made it to the bank, that took the morning. Test drive the van, all seems okay. I finally bought a copy of “The Good Earth”, don’t think I know a thing about this acclaimed story. Expect some sparse posts for a while, maybe a long while. I packed a single change of clothes and got myself a haircut. No sense having to pay for one after I’m gone in the unlikelihood anybody would show up to see me off. If anybody does, put their name on the suspect list.
I also stopped at for lunch on the way back here. Once again, the silver place balked at paying cash more than $3,000. Silver peaked at $117.87 today, so we kind of know their operating parameters.

The plan is to drive to Miami and park at the church’ Agt. M will keep any eye on it. Until further notice, the last scheduled post here is February 6, 2026.

Lunch was a bucket of fried chicken, two chocolate shakes, two extra large fries, a key lime pie, and four custard croissants. How many slices of pie? Zero, right? I’m not watching my figure.
